Our normal returns period is 14 days.
Whilst we remain in a period of uncertainty relating to Covid-19 we are extending our normal returns window to 21 days and will be showing flexibility to any customers struggling to get to a post-office due to self-isolation, post office closures or for any other reasons.

If, for whatever reason your order isn’t suitable, we are happy to refund or exchange any items you have purchased within 14 days of you receiving your order.
Please note we can only accept returned items that are unworn with swing tickets still attached. We cannot accept items that have been worn (even briefly) for class or exercise.
