Please refer to our size guide here If you need any additional tips or fit information, we’d love to hear from you at email@example.com and we will advise you as best we can! If you are really long in the body – we suggest you size up.
Please get in touch with us on firstname.lastname@example.org and give us your size. We are a very small team but we are working towards offering a range of larger sizes so that Imperfect Pointes will be for everyone, regardless of size.
As a sustainable business, keeping waste to a minimum is hugely important to us. For this reason, we just keep small quantities in stock so your order is going to take an extra couple of weeks and is being made especially for you. We value your custom and hope you don't mind waiting a little longer, but we will always keep you informed when this happens.
We don’t think our products are expensive – we believe the clothing industry and other dancewear brands have been selling products too cheaply at the expense of the planet and the people in the factories making the garments.
We use high quality fabrics that have 90% less impact on the environment than regular nylon. We also want to make sure that everyone involved gets a fair wage – the opposite of fast fashion. Our lovely balletwear is made to last so you can wear it for years to come.
The leotards are designed in Manchester UK, then made in a small family run factory in South Yorkshire. The ECONYL® yarn is made in Italy. This includes the brand label (South Wales) and wash care labels (Nottingham).
All the packaging is made from recycled materials. And the mail bags are totally compostable – which means they break down naturally within 3-4 months in your garden waste or food waste bin.
We are not expecting to undertake any repairs for quite a while as we are confident in the quality of the garments. However, when the time comes, send us an e-mail to email@example.com explaining the problem or repair required, and we will ask you to return it to us. We’ll repair it and after 7-10 days we will return it FREE OF CHARGE.
We recommend hand washing your leotard to keep it looking nice for as long as possible! However, you can also wash your leotard in the washing machine at 30 degrees Celsius! Don't use any fabric softener or any harsh chemicals.
Dry Flat, don't tumble dry.
Our normal returns period is 14 days.
Whilst we remain in a period of uncertainty relating to Covid-19 we are extending our normal returns window to 21 days and will be showing flexibility to any customers struggling to get to a post-office due to self-isolation, post office closures or for any other reasons.
If you are planning to return an item please let us know by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org or giving us a quick call on +447557908422
We hope that you will love your new balletwear + always appreciate feedback if something is #notperfect.
