These tights are made from recycled polyamide yarn, helping reduce waste and reliance on virgin materials — without sacrificing performance or aesthetics. Sustainability doesn’t end at checkout either: your tights are designed to be worn, washed, repaired, and ultimately recycled through Imperfect Pointes when they reach end of life.

All of our premium dancewear is made using ECONYL® yarn, a 100% regenerated nylon fibre made from nylon waste otherwise polluting the Earth, like fishing nets, fabric scraps, carpet flooring and industrial plastic recovered from all over the world. Through a radical regeneration and purification process, the nylon waste is recycled right back to it's original purity. That means ECONYL® regenerated nylon is exactly the same as fossil-based nylon.
There are no nasties in our packaging. We use 100% compostable packaging to avoid harming the environment. Our mailers are 100% compostable in your garden compost bin, or your household food waste bin. The mailer will breakdown in 3-4 months - not hundreds of years like a normal plastic mailer. Our beautifully designed tissue paper and stickers use soy-based ink and are printed on acid-free FSC® certified paper.

The PB ballerinas and I wear these tights all the time! The colour match is perfect for my tone, which is amazing- big brands don't even get that right! You can tell thought and care went into making them. The tights are a great quality and our ballerinas love the waistband, pulling the tights up and saying "Ooo these feel niiccee, like professional quality. Look Miss Ruth! *flicks waistband*" I wear these tights at almost every class I teach or attend. Congratulations Helen on your major breakthrough with Imperfect Pointes! These tights fit me well in a size M, feeling compact to the leg and having a lovely seamless appearance. Despite the gusset being removed, there is still support in the groin area, and is suitable for the typical “tights over leo” look. I do feel the foot area a bit restricting, and was wondering if there is a way for there to be more stretch or a larger hole in the convertible tights? This is an easy fix for me as I just snip the hole a bit more with scissors, but this does cause ladders in the heels of my tights. Overall, loving the new Imperfect Pointes tights. ❤️
One year has gone by the first use of black and pink ballet tights and they still are (IM)PERFECT!!! I really love the fabric and the way it hides the imperfect pointes of my legs. I can’t wait to buy the new Gusset-less tights!!!

I adore my Imperfect Pointe Ballet Tights, they are super comfy and feel amazing against my skin, if you don’t know get to know as you won’t be disappointed 😊
The tights are super soft, was surprisingly cool during a hot class. Dug in a bit at the waistband when I first tried them on (UK 16/18 and carry weight in mid section), but they didn't roll down during class and I wasn't uncomfortable at all. Convertible to just above the ankle (on my legs), which is nice to have the option. Overall would buy again!
I really love my imperfect pointes tights, the fabric is really supportive at the waist line which I feel like helps my posture in class. The material is so soft and doesn’t easily rip which is great. I definitely would recommend these tights because they have a fantastic look/feel but also are sustainable!
My favourite ballet tights !! The larger waist band makes them perfect to wear both under or over the leotard, and the colour is fade resistant . Couldn’t recommend more xx
Super comfy fit!
Best pink tights I’ve ever worn! I’ve worn all the big brands over the years and I can confidently say IP are my favorite. They are the perfect shade of pink and do not fade! No rips or tears. They are compressive enough without being too warm. My goal is to get my entire studio to wear them as they last so much longer than other brands!

I've been testing these tights for over a year and my goodness!! Imperfect Pointes have smashed it yet again, these are the BEST tights! The durability of them is amazing, not a single snag or thread pull. No fading in sight, they're as vibrant as they day they arrived in their wonderful packaging. I've seen influencers who work with Imperfect Pointes market these as really strong tights that do not rip/tear easily, or never rip. I find this untrue, as just putting them on for the first time they immediately ripped at the heel. I didn't even have them all the way on and I had to take them off to sew up the ladder. Apart from that, they are just normal tights. Nothing special, everything a pair of pink ballet tights should do. The only difference I've noticed between these and other brands of convertible tights is that the hole in the heel is extremely tight and makes putting them up over my feet very hard.

Absolutely obsessed with these tights (and my imperfect pointes Alexandria leo and skirt)! The tights are so soft and have such a supportive material. Picture shown is after the first wash, but they have been washed since and are still such a perfect colour. Would absolutely recommend these; the quality is miles better than any other brands I've tried. I feel so much more confident dancing in these tights, so they are absolutely worth the investment to me

These tights are wonderful! The convertible hole is just the right size to slip my foot in and out of when taping my toes. The waistband doesn’t cut into me and sits very comfortably.
